Kenyan startup Digiduka is a platform that helps bring informal retailers into the digital economy by empowering them to start selling online.

The startup provides a wallet that allows retailers to collect mobile money and bank payments via mobile app or USSD shortcode, eliminating the high mobile money transaction fees and encouraging both merchants and end-users to stop using cash.
Working with informal retailers, Digiduka enables them to make extra money by reselling digital services such as airtime, electricity tokens, and bill payments while simultaneously providing low-income consumers a much more affordable payment network to settle their day-to-day bills.

After installation launch the Digiduka Kiosk app.

Fill in the signup form with the necessary data requested. Please make note of your selected PIN. You will need it for all transactions.

Once you see the home screen or dashboard, you have been able to successfully register.

You will then enter your first and last name

Access KPLC from the Digiduka menu, select a pre-paid option.

Enter KPLC Account number.

Enter the customer’s phone number.

Next, enter the Amount of money.

Click on make payment, then enter Digiduka Pin Number.

You will receive a notification from Digiduka confirming the purchase of tokens.
How to buy Telkom, Airtel Or Safaricom Airtime

Tap “sell” at the bottom

Select “Airtime”

Tap on Telkom, Safaricom or Airtel

Enter a phone number.

Enter amount then click on make payment, then enter pin number.

You will receive a notification from Digiduka confirming the purchase of airtime.

Commission Structure
