Kenyans will now get services from FedEx Express after the American multinational delivery services announced it is expanding to East Africa by setting up shop in Kenya.
The global transportation company will now start offering customer service, sales, and account management services directly to Kenyans through its new offices in Nairobi.
The importation of the goods will no longer require third parties as local businesses will now be able to connect with over 220 markets globally, enjoying the transporter’s extensive international coverage.
The courier will offer shipping services, realtime tracking of goods and local support.

Right now, the company is waiting for the country to reopen the economy after everything came to a standstill following the global coronavirus pandemic. in the meantime, FedEx says they are looking at ways to deliver critical medical supplies in the region.
