The POCO brand entered the scene a few years ago with the POCOPHONE F1, offering flagship-level specs at a lower mid-range price tag. POCO then pivoted to offering mid-range and budget smartphones to better compete in price-conscious markets in Asia and Africa.

The brand’s European release, the POCO M3 is a steal for its price tag, the impressive device brings not only a quirky design but also a powerful punch of Snapdragon 662, a 48MP primary camera, and a 6000mAh battery which can reverse charge your devices.
On the front, the POCO M3 has a6.53-inch FHD+ (1080p) panel with a waterdrop notch while at the back it hosts a giant camera island taking up one-fourth of the back panel and housing 3 sensors along with very shouting POCO branding.

“(POCO M3) got sold out in a week’s time. It took us (Xiaomi Kenya) a month to restock and now only a few pieces if not any are left. It is among the top 3 best selling devices on Jumia Kenya.” Ramadhan Hassan (Xiaomi Marketing) told Techspace Africa.
