The KCSE 2021 results which were supposed to be released yesterday but were postponed following the death of former President Mwai Kibaki will be released today by the Education CS George Magoha.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the disruption of the school calendar, the exams which were done just a few weeks ago are 2021 results and not the 2022 exams which will be taken later this year.
More than 830K students sat for KCSE 2021 in more than 10.4K centers, a higher number compared to the previous year when 750K students sat for KCSE 2020.
How To Check KCSE 2021 Results Online
Students or guardians who want to check the results online can head over to the KNEC portal with the index numbers, however, this might not be the most reliable way.
Alternatively, students and/or guardians can check their results by sending their index numbers to 20076. The cost of the SMS will be Sh25.
