For the first time ever, Kenyans will have a chance to have their podcasts featured as a BBC World Service Podcast after The BBC has announced its first-ever international podcast competition
Residents in Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa will get a chance to compete and win support from the BBC’s production team and launch their podcasts to become a BBC World Service Podcast.
How to Register For the BBC International Podcast Competition
Are you interested? to qualify for the competition, you will be required to fill out an online application form and give a summary of your original podcast idea by uploading a 2-minute audio describing what makes it stand out.
You must hail from the three countries and must be an adult above 18 years of age to be considered.
The competition opened on January 5 and will run until January 22, 2021.
