Making rounds on the interwebs is a link that allegedly offers users free 500 Automata Network (ATA) from an airdrop, and just like the CarLive Chain (IOV) tokens, this is not true.
According to the links, all you have to do is join a Telegram channel and earn 500 ATA which are worth about $500 refer your friends to earn.
This is just a ploy to get users to subscribe to their Telegram channels. According to their official social media pages, there is no ongoing Airdrop and it is “impossible to purchase $ATA right now.”

Another ploy is on Trustwallet where people are being coerced into claiming 5k ATA when they spend 0.01 BNB. This is a SCAM.
