What to Expect from Samsung’s Unpacked Event

Samsung is gearing up to launch its next generation of foldable smartphones and tablets at its Galaxy Unpacked event on July 26th. The event will be held in Seoul, South Korea, and will be live-streamed on YouTube.

Here are some of the devices we expect to see at the event:

  • Galaxy Z Fold 5

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is rumored to be a minor upgrade over the Galaxy Z Fold 4, with a few key improvements. The new foldable is expected to feature a faster Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 ‘for Galaxy’ chip, 12GB of RAM, and a larger outer display.

  • Galaxy Z Flip 5

The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is also expected to be a minor upgrade over the Galaxy Z Flip 4. The new foldable is rumored to feature a larger outer display and a faster processor.

  • Galaxy Tab S9

The Galaxy Tab S9 is Samsung’s next generation of high-end tablets. The new tablets are expected to feature faster processors, more RAM, and larger displays.

  • Galaxy Watch 6

The Galaxy Watch 6 is Samsung’s next generation of smartwatches. The new watches are expected to feature a faster processor, a larger display, and longer battery life.

  • One UI 6 beta

Samsung is also expected to announce the Android 14-based One UI 6 beta program for its existing flagship and premium devices at the event. The beta program will allow users to test out the new software before it is released to the public.
