6 and 7000mAh is now a normal battery size thanks to Samsung who have been releasing midrange phones with these Mammoth batteries, After the M51, Samsung has officially announced the release date for the Galaxy F62.
As rumored, the Galaxy F62 packs a mammoth 7,000mAh battery!! The phone will run on the Exynos 9825 processor.

“Galaxy F62’s biggest USP will be its speedy Exynos 9825 processor manufactured using a 7-nanometer process technology. Exynos 9825 has an ANTUTU 8 score of 452000+ which should translate into great performance in the real world. The Geekbench 5 score of the flagship Exynos 9825 processor is 2400, while the GFXBench 5 score is 68,” the company said in a release.
The only thing that puts it at a disadvantage to the likes of Mi 10i and Realme 7 is the lack of 5G support as it’s a 4G chip.
It will also house a quad-camera and Infinity-O display. It will feature a 6.67-inch sAMOLED display. It will house 6GB of RAM. The phone will also come with 128GB of built-in storage. The phone will be available in green and blue color options.

On the software front, it will run on Android 11-based One UI 3.1. The Samsung Galaxy F62 is also tipped to be a dual-SIM smartphone.
The phone is priced at roughly Sh30,000 – Sh35,000.
