New Midrange Vivo Y20 Smartphone to Launch in Kenya in October

BBK Electronics Vivo has revealed its new mid-range smartphone the Vivo Y20 is releasing in the Kenyan market on October 8, 2020.

Vivo has been in the country for a while now and the device will be a new addition to Vivo’s youth-focused and affordable Y-series succeding the Y19.

According to Vivo, the smartphone will sport an AI Triple camera, a fingerprint scanner, and a super-capacity 5000mAh battery which Vivo says can last up to 16 hours of online HD movie streaming, or 11 hours of resource-intensive gaming on a single charge.

The Y20 also supports fast charging with 18W charging support.

“Customers will have two eye-popping color options to choose from. However, more details about the design and colors are not known yet. However, the Vivo Y-series is known for its feature-rich and stylish smartphones promising long-lasting battery life, speedy performance, and irresistible camera with valued added specs,” a statement from the Chinese manufacturer partly reads.
