Just a few weeks after Realme officially announced entry into the Kenyan market, The smartphone company on Wednesday launched new wireless earbuds dubbed Buds Air Neo that are available locally.
The buds are set to retail in stores for Sh4,999 and offer some neat features.
The buds bear a heavy resemblance to the Airpods from Apple, they come with instant auto connection thanks to the Bluetooth 5.0 drivers with support for the SBC and AAC codecs.
The new earbuds come with bigger, 13mm drivers compared to the 12mm available on the Buds Air. You’ll also get faster audio relay with a latency rate of as low as 119.2ms.
The Realme Buds Air Neo are IPX4-certified for water resistance.

You are guaranteed around three hours of audio playtime on a single charge with the charging case managing to power the earphones four more times for a total battery life of 15 hours per charge cycle.
For customization, Realme offers the Realme Link app which is freely available on Android. The buds Neo also have support for Gestures and controls for playback, Google assistant, and more
Realme Buds Air Neo launched alongside other products like the Realme watch and Realme band.
