Top Affordable and Midrange Android Smartphones to Buy this December

2020 has been quite a rough year for most of us, chances are you’ve not had a chance to upgrade your smartphone this year or, since it is the festive season, you’re in the market for the perfect gift for a loved one and an affordable android smartphone might just be the one.

While the likes of the Galaxy s20, Note 20, iPhone 12, and other top of the range flagships are still priced well into the hundreds of thousands there are plenty of really good options at under Sh50,000 and if you’re willing to import, you can find even better deals.

Without wasting any of your time, my preferred best overall midrange device to pick is no doubt the Google Pixel 4a.

Google Pixel 4a

The Google Pixel 4a comes with a 5.8-inch FHD+ resolution OLED screen. It runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor that is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. There’s a 12.2MP camera at the back and an 8MP camera in the front. It is backed by a 3140mAh battery.

You’d have to import this one and wait about 8 days. the whole process would cost you Sh46,000

Ok, this one might be a hard one to get in the country so let’s go simpler.
