According to leaks by Matt Navarra, a UK-based social media consultant, and well-known industry commentator, Twitter is working on introducing customizable business profiles.
With the new feature, business account owners could choose to display:
- App / App Store link
- Address, map, tel no, directions button
- Shop with a preview of items for sale
- Image gallery
- A showcase of pinned tweets
- Customer reviews
