vivo v20, price in kenya

Global technology giant Vivo today unveiled the price in Kenya for its latest premium device the Vivo V20. The smartphone goes head to head with other midrange, affordable but high-quality mobile devices that have flooded the country like the Samsung A and M series.

In my opinion, the Vivo V20 will go head to head with the Samsung Galaxy M51 given the price in Kenya is in the same range. I will try and compare the two and potentially give you an idea based on their respective specification scores on which one should you buy.

Vivo V20 Specs

As their selling point, the device which features a 6.44-inch super AMOLED Display comes with a 44MP front camera which the company says uses an advanced AI algorithm to track and focus on moving subjects, the camera also has the ability to shoot up to 4K selfie videos and also in slow motion.

At the back, the V20 sports a triple camera set up that consists of a 64MP main lens, one 8MP and 2MP sensors that support tripod shooting, wide-angle night scenes, and Stylish Night Filter, enabling users to capture stunning photos in low-light scenarios.

The Vivo V20 is available in 8 GB Ram + 256GB storage and runs on a 4000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charge.

The phone’s price in Kenya will be Sh 45,999 countrywide and will be available in two colors, Midnight jazz, and the Sunset melody.

Quite frankly, the Samsung Galaxy M51 takes this one if you’re looking for a better battery, main camera, and bigger screen at a cheaper price. The Galaxy M51’s price in Kenya is at around Sh41,000 – Sh 42,000.
