The announcement didn’t initially specify which devices will be launched, but the company today has just revealed on its forum that the previously leaked Mi Note 10 Lite will be making an appearance at the event.

The company sells the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in select markets. Globally, the company sells the Redmi Note 9S, which is essentially identical to the Redmi Note 9 Pro, but there is no global version of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. This could change come April 30.An FCC listing (h/t: XDA) points to the phone swapping out the Mi Note 10‘s 108MP camera for a 64MP shooter instead. It also seems like the Mi Note 10 Lite will offer four other cameras (8MP+8MP+5MP+2MP), compared to the standard model’s 20MP+12MP+5MP+2MP layout.
Otherwise, it seems like you can expect the same Snapdragon 730G chipset and 5,260mAh battery as the standard Mi Note 10. The vanilla variant retails for €549 (~$597) in Europe, so we’re expecting a slightly cheaper price tag for the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite.
There are also rumors of a Redmi 10X, an upcoming mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi, which could be sold as Redmi Note 9 globally. We could see this being announced alongside the previously announced devices on the 30th.
The announcement also hinted at “other great products” besides the smartphones, so we might see some new accessories being launched as well.
